Renewal and Cancellation Terms​

Your membership to the Services (as defined in the WIOLP Terms and Conditions) subject to these Renewal and Cancellation Terms. Capitalized terms used in these Renewal and Cancellation Terms if not defined here are as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

Membership

WIOLP offers in addition to free membership Free Access also paid membership Standard Access with 69 Searches.

There are various payment and membership options available for using the Services. These options can be found in the individual Services and may change from time to time. Once your free registration or paid registration with initial payment is processed, your membership has begun, and you can immediately access the relevant Service.

Free Membership: Free Access is a free trial which means the membership lets you explore our platform’s basic features, and incurs no charge. You have available 5 Preview Searches. 

If you want to change your membership type, you may do so at any time (either before or after the Free Access use ends). 

Paid Membership: Standard Access is a Paid membership which means the membership lets you use full access to our platform’s features and is charged. You have available the number of Searches, you bought.

1. Automatic Renewals of Memberships. Memberships are valid for 1 year and automatically renew. This means that once you sign up, your membership will automatically renew based on the membership program you choose. You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase (plus applicable taxes, such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT) at the beginning of each billing term of your membership via the billing method you have provided to us. Please ensure that your billing information is correct to prevent your membership from lapsing.

Prices and terms for memberships may change at any time. The price and terms in place when you made your initial purchase or when your membership last renewed will stay in effect for the duration of that membership period, but new prices and terms may apply to renewals or new memberships. WIOLP will give you reasonable notice of any change in price or terms before they go into effect. If you do not want to renew your membership under these new prices or terms, you may cancel your membership as described below.

2. Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your membership by contacting WIOLP. 

Unless otherwise stated in the terms of your membership, the following terms will apply:

• membership can be canceled at any time up to 7 days before the renewal date. If you cancel membership at any other time, you are not entitled to a refund; and
• membership can be canceled if we find violations of our Privacy Policies and/or Terms and Conditions and you are not entitled to a refund.
