Renewal and Cancellation Terms​

Your membership to the Services (as defined in the WIOLP Terms and Conditions) subject to these Renewal and Cancellation Terms. Capitalized terms used in these Renewal and Cancellation Terms if not defined here are as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

Membership

WIOLP offers two types of memberships: Standard membership with the option of manual searches, or Premium membership (available soon) with the option of automatic searches with a feature of saving names.

There are various payment and membership options available for using the Services. These options can be found in the individual Services and may change from time to time. Once your free registration or paid registration with initial payment is processed, your membership has begun, and you can immediately access the relevant Service.

Standard membership: With Standard membership, you get 5 searches of names for a one-time fee (option to purchase more searches). To help you in your search, our AI Match Finder will suggest combinations of names that are relevant to you.

Premium membership (available soon): With Premium membership, you will be charged a monthly fee for each saved name. Your saved names will be automatically searched every month across the entire database, and you will receive a notification if a potential match is found.

If you want to change your membership type, you may do so at any time. 

Paid Membership: Standard membership and Premium membership (available soon) are Paid memberships which means the memberships allows you full access to our platform’s features and are charged. You have available the number of searches, you bought.

If you want to change the number of searches, you may do so at any time by purchasing more Individual Searches (package with 5 searches), or Search Packages (package with 9, 18, 36, or 72 searches) to expand your search potential.

1. Automatic Renewals of Memberships. Searching for the relevant membership is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and will be automatically renewed (option to turn off). This means that once you sign up, your membership will automatically renew based on the membership you chose. You will be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase (plus applicable taxes, such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT) at the beginning of each billing term of your membership via the billing method you have provided to us. Please ensure that your billing information is correct to prevent your membership from lapsing.

Prices and terms for memberships may change at any time. The price and terms in place when you made your initial purchase or when your membership last renewed will stay in effect for the duration of that membership period, but new prices and terms may apply to renewals or new memberships. WIOLP will give you reasonable notice of any change in price or terms before they go into effect. If you do not want to renew your membership under these new prices or terms, you may cancel your membership as described below.

2. Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your membership by contacting WIOLP. 

Unless otherwise stated in the terms of your membership, the following terms will apply:

• membership can be canceled at any time up to 7 days before the renewal date. If you cancel membership at any other time, you are not entitled to a refund; and
• membership can be canceled if we find violations of our Privacy Policies and/or Terms and Conditions and you are not entitled to a refund.
